Linden Groundworks & Property Services began with a simple idea: do honest work, and do it well.

Founder Simon started out over 25 years ago, working on residential groundworks and property maintenance across Northamptonshire. With a passion for practical, hands-on work and a sharp eye for quality, he quickly earned a reputation for being reliable, tidy, and thorough — traits that became the foundation of his growing business.

As word spread and the workload grew, Simon turned his one-man operation into Linden Groundworks, expanding services to include driveways, fencing, drainage solutions, brickwork, and exterior repairs. What’s remained the same throughout is his commitment to doing the job properly — no shortcuts, no fuss.

Today, Linden Groundworks continues to serve homeowners, landlords, and small businesses across Kettering and beyond — still led by Simon, still rooted in trust, experience, and honest work.
